Steve Cassabaum, MSPT, DPT

Steve is a Physical Therapist and the President of 21st Century Rehab. Steve is the Director of Therapy Services at Story County Medical Center. He is a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Science, Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Steve’s undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa. Steve practices general orthopedic therapy. Steve is certified in Work Well Injury Management Programs,is a Dry Needling Practioner and specializes in head, neck and TMJ patient care. Steve is a member of American Physical Therapy Association, Private Practice Section member, errent legislative chair, and Past President of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association, He is also a member of the Nevada Rotary Club and the Nevada Chamber of Commerce. He provides sports therapy to Nevada High School athletics.

Jason Horras, MPT, DPT

Jason is a Physical Therapist and Vice President of 21st Century Rehab. He is also the Director of Occupational Health Services. He is a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, MO with a Doctor in Physical Therapy, University of Iowa with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Iowa State University. Jason has a focus on Occupational Medicine with a focus on injury prevention, worker wellnesss, and reducing employer costs. He is certified in multiple areas of Occupational Medicine including WorkWell Work Systems Work Injury Prevention and Management Programs, Atlas Ergonomics, Certified Worker's Compensation HealthCare Provider, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is also certified in DOT drug collection and testing. He assists multiple employers in Central Iowa with on-site services and consultation and is an expert on OSHA "First Aid", utilizing these guidelines to reduce recordable injuries. Another area of focus is Medically Oriented Gyms (MOG) where he helps lead medically oriented fitness for patients with chronic health issues like obesity, diabetes, HTN, and cancer. He is a member of American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Jason serves on the Iowa Illinois Safety Council Board of Directors and is one the Iowa Association of Business and Industry Advisory Council.

Laurie Andrews, DPT

Laurie is a Physical Therapist at VanDiest in Webster City.  Laurie is a graduate of Creighton University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health Science.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

 

Ashley Beekman, PTA, ATC, LAT

Ashley is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapy Assistant at Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, IA. Ashley is a graduate of Mercy College of Health Sciences where she received her Associate of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central College, Pella, IA. She is a member of Iowa Physical Therapy Association and American Physical Therapy Association. Ashley provides sports medicine services for Greene County Schools Athletics. She also volunteers on the Wellness Committee at Greene County Medical Center.

Jessica Bell, PTA

Jessica is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Story County Medical Center. She is a graduate of North Iowa Area Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She is member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Jessica is active in the Stanhope Parish Church.

Lindsay Bierbaum, DPT

Lindsay is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at Story County Medical Center in Nevada. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science from Iowa State University. Lindsay is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.  She has a special interest in treating vestibular dysfunction and orthopedic injuries.  She also belongs to the Nevada Jaycees.

Sara Boyce, PTA

Sara is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics. She is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She is member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Sara is an active member at Grace Baptist Church and volunteers on the Wellness Committee at Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics.

Kelci Brannen, MS, CCC-SLP

Kelci is a Speech Language Pathologist at Story County Medical Center in Nevada, Dallas County Hospital in Perry, Van Diest Medical Center in Webster City, and Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Kelci is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Ambrose University. Kelci is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and the Iowa Speech and Hearing Association. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Jill Buesch, DPT

Jill is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director of the Madird clinic.  Jill is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Iowa State University. Jill is a member of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. Her interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, balance and fall prevention, women's health and vestibular rehab. She is active with her 2 children coaching and playing sports along with being an active member of the Prairie Ridge Church in Ankeny.

Kevin Bultena, DPT

Kevin is a Physical Therapist and the Clinic Director of Therapy Services at Van Diest Medical Center. He is a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, MO with a post-professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. Kevin is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. He is also a member of the Webster City Rotary Club and the Missionary Alliance Church.

Matt DeWall, DPT, CSCS

Matt is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director of Indianola Physical Therapy. He is a graduate of University of Iowa with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Simpson College, Indianola, Iowa. Matt is certified in DOT drug collection and testing, Dry Needling and is a member of American Physical Therapy Association (Orthopedic section), Iowa Physical Therapy Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Matt serves as board member for the Indianola Basketball Association and a little league baseball and basketball coach. He is very active in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church serving on the parish council and the Knights of Columbus.

Kristin Engels, DPT, CLT

Kristin is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director of Therapy Services at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Kristin is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Waldorf College with a Major in Wellness and a Minor in Psychology. Kristin is also Lymphedema certified and specializes in wound care.. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. She provides Sports Therapy at Hampton Dumont High School. Kristin is active in the Wesley United Methodist Church.

Ashley is a Physical Therapist in Osceola. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver Health Sciences Center with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training from Simpson College. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Iowa Physical Therapy Association, and Iowa Physical Therapy Legislative Committee. Ashley has a special interest in treating orthopedic injuries, assessing running mechanics, and is also a Dry Needling Practitioner. She is a member of Thrive United Methodist Church, volunteers for the Simpson College Mentorship Program, and enjoys running and hiking in her free time.

Keri Fye, PTA, ATC, LAT

Keri is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. In May 2011, Keri graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mercy College of Health Sciences. Keri is a member of National Athletic Training Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. Keri provides athletic coverage to Perry Schools.

Micah J. Hayek, DPT

Micah is a Physical Therapist at Story County Medical Center in Nevada. Micah is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He received his Bachelor of Science of Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. Micah is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

 

Katie Hersey,OTR/L

Katie is an Occupatinoal Therapist at Story County Medical Center in Nevada.  Katie is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA with a Masters of Occupational therapy and a degree in General Studies from Central College in Pella, IA. Katie is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Iowa Occupational Therapy Association.

 

Eric Holton, DPT

Eric is a Physical Therapist in Carlisle. Eric is a graduate of Des Moines University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Buena Vista University. Eric is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

Samantha Imholte, DPT

Sam is a Physical Therapist at Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, IA. Sam is a graduate of College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph Minnesota with a BA in Integrative Health Sciences and  Creighton University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Sam is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Sam is also a Dry Needling Practitioner.

 

Matt Johnson, DPT

Matt is a Physical Therapist in Indianola. Matt is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has an Bachelor of Science with distinction in Psychology from Iowa State University. He is the 2008 winner of the Walter R. Ingram Award for Superior Achievement in Medical Neuroscience. Matt is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

Andrea Knowles, PTA

Andrea is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Wayne County Medical Hospital in Corydon, IA. Andrea is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College where she received her Associate of Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Human Performance & Fitness from St. Ambrose University and her Master of Science in Kinesiology from Iowa State University. She is a member of Iowa Physical Therapy Association and American Physical Therapy Association.

Chad Kuehl, MPT, DPT

Chad is a Physical Therapist at Dallas County Hospital. Chad is a graduate of Washington University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Des Moines University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

Clint Lutterman, DPT, OCS

Clint is a Physical Therapist and the Clinic Director of Rehab Services at Dallas County Hospital in Perry, IA. He is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, NE with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. He is an orthopedic certified specialist and a Dry Needling practioner. He is a member of American Physical Therapy Association (Sports Physical Therapy section), the Iowa Physical Therapy Association and the Perry Rotary Club. Clint is also on the advisory team for the Perry Freedom for Youth Center. Clint provides sports medicine event coverage, injury screens, and concussion management for Perry High School athletics.

Abbi Mathis, DPT

Abbi is a Physical Therapist at Story County Medical Center and VanDiest Medical Center. Abbi graduated from Des Moines University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Abbi is an Iowa State ALum with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Spanish. Abbi enjoys biking, kayaking and traveling.

Tara Marler, COTA

Tara is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Story County Medical Center. Tara is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. She is also a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Iowa Occupational Therapy Association, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Tara is the Team Captain for the annual MS walk in Des Moines, IA. Tara is an active member of Holy Trinity Church in Ankeny. Tara is a volunteer with her children's activities which includes Little League and basketball.

Caitlin McDowell, MS, OTR/L

Caitlin is an Occupational Therapist at Dallas County Hospital in Perry and Greene County Hospital in Jefferson. She is a graduate of University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and the University of South Dakota with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current professional memberships include Iowa Occupational Therapy Association, American Occupational Therapy Association, and Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa.

Elizabeth Meyer, DPT

Beth is a Physical Therapist in Osceola. Beth is a graduate of Des  Moines University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa. Beth is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa  Physical THerapy Association.  Beth has a special interest in Geriatrics and Lymphedema.

Deb Morton, MPT, ATC/L

Deb Morton is a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Director of Rehab at Greene County Medical Center. She received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University and her Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Graceland University. Deb is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. She provides Athletic Training to Greene County Schools. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson, Iowa.

Courtney Murphy, PTA

Courtney Murphy is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, IA as well as Van Diest Medical Center in Webster CIty, IA. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy from North Iowa Area Community College. She also has an Associate of Arts and Science Degree from North Iowa Area Community College. She is also a member of Americam Physical Therapy Association as well as a member of Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

Matt Myers, MS,ATC,LAT,COHC, CSCS

Matt Myers is our Director Of Athletic Training Services. He received his Master of Science in Management from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Iowa State University. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, Mid America Athletic Trainers Association, and Iowa Athletic Trainers Society.  Matt is also a Certificed Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist.

Jessica Nelson, DPT

Jessica is a Physical Therapist in Indianola. Jessica is a graduate of Des Moines University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  Jessica is a member of the IPTA and the APTA.  She is an active member of Indianola Community Church.

Lisa Nerem, PTA

Lisa is a Physical Therapist Assistant in Madrid and covers at our surrounding hospitals. She is a graduate of Mercy College of Health Sciences with an Associate of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Lisa is a certified clinical instructor for PTA students. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. She is an active member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone, IA.

Austin Ollinger, PTA

Austin is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Iowa State University and is a graduate of Mercy College of Health Sciences with an Associate of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. He is a member of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. Austin and his wife are active members of teh New Convenant Church in Knoxville.

He is certified in Isernhagen Work Systems’ Work Injury Management Programs. Steve is also certified in Dry Needling,  occupational hearing conservationist and is certified in DOT drug collection and testing. Rachel Palen, DPT

Rachel is a Physical Therapist at Dallas County Hospital in Perry.  She is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa with a BS in Movement and Exercise Science.  She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University.  Rachel is a member of IPTA and APTA. Rachel is also a Dry Needling Practioner. She volunteers for Meals for the Heartland.

Eric Palmer, DPT

Eric is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, IA. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University and his Bachelors in Exercise Science from University of Sioux Falls. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Eric is an active member of the First Baptist Church. Eric volunteers as Youth Leader for high school students, youth soccer, basketball and baseballl coach. He is also a volunteer for the Community Betterment Foundation and a member of the Corydon Rotary Club.

 

Justin Plum, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT

Justin is a Physical Therapist and Director of Rehab at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics. Justin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. Justin is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method) and is a Dry Needling Practioner. He is a board-certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS). Justin is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Sports Section and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

Lauren Plum, DPT, OCS

Lauren is a Physical Therapist at Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, IA. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University. Lauren is a board-certified orthopedic specialist, Women's Health specialist and is also a Dry Needling Practioner.  She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Iowa and is an Advanced Certified Clinical Instructor. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Orthopedic and Education Sections, as well as the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.  

Jamie Rabe, DPT,CLT, ATC

Jamie is a Physical Therapist who specializes in Women's Health PT.  She is a Certified Lymphedema Specialist and a Certified Athletic Trainer. She provides physical therapy services at Dallas County Hospital in Perry, IA and Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, IA.   Jamie is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Jamie is a member of the Collegiate United Methodist Church and Wesley Foundation in Ames. She enjoys working with the Fun Fitness Program at Iowa Special Olympics.  She and her husband fill their free time enjoying their three daughters.

Diana Raska, OTR/L, CAPS

Diana is an Occupational Therapist at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton and VanDiest Medical Center in Webster City.  She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Rochester with a Masters of Occupational Therapy and received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Psychology from Buena Vista University. She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders.  Diana is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Iowa Occupational Therapy Association

Deonne Robey, PTA

Deonne is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Greene County Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa and her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Western Iowa Tech. Deonne is a member of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. She volunteers on the Greene County Medical Center Safety Committee and with a local prison ministry group.  She is a member of the Dwelling Place Church in Jefferson, Iowa.

Nancy Hunter-Schreier, OTR/L, CLT

Nancy is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Lymphedema Specialist at Story County Medical Center. She is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN. Nancy is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

Brooke Shelquist, DPT

Brooke is a Physical Therapist at Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Brooke is involved with athletes at Knoxville High School and Middle School.  She treats the athletes both at the clinic and sporting events.  Brooke has assisted in the development of Panther Power to help Knoxville Middle School athletes improve agility, jumping technique, and prepare for high school lifting.  Brooke is active in the soccer community around Des Moines.

Joel Stam, PTA

Joel is a Physical Therapist Assistant in Altoona. He is a graduate of Mercy College of Health Sciences with an Associate of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Dordt College. Joel is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. He is also a certified clinical instructor for PTA students. His passions include running and playing Ultimate Frisbee for the nationally ranked club team Des Moines Metro. Joel is an active member of Providence United Reformed Church in Des Moines.

Trina Stone, DPT

Trina is a Physical Therapist at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, IA. She is a graduate of Des Moines University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and received her Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University in Kinesiology and Associate of Science in Biology from North Iowa Area Community College.  Trina is also a Dry Needling Practitioner. Trina is a member of American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Trina and her husband enjoy playing beach volleyball.

Natalie Theroux, DPT

Natalie is a Physical Therapist and the Clinic Director in Osceola. Natalie is a graduate of Des Moines University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Arts from Central College, Pella, Iowa in Exercise Science. She is a member of American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Natalie is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Clinical Instructor, and is also a Dry Needling Practitioner. She enjoys giving softball pitching lessons and working out to stay active.

Tasha Vorm, PTA, ATC, LAT, COHC

Tasha is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant at Story County Medical Center. Tasha is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Athletic Training. In May 2010, Tasha was a member of the first graduating class in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mercy College of Health Sciences. Tasha is a member of National Athletic Training Association and the Iowa Athletic Trainers' Society, the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Tasha is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, a Certified DOT drug Specimen Collector, a Certified Alcohol Test Technician and an American Red Cross CPR Instructor. She is the director of VBS and 2nd grade Faith Formation teacher at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She is volunteer coach for Nevada Parks and Rec and provides sports medicine services for Nevada High School Athletics.

Matthew Wanderscheid, DPT, ATC

Matt is a Physical Therapist and the Clinic Director in Carlisle, IA.  He is a graduate of University of Jamestown in North Dakota with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University.  Matt is a Dry Needling practioner.  Matt is currently a member of APTA, St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Carlisle and participates in the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce events.  Matt also helps cover athletic events at area high schools as needed.  He has volunteered in horseback riding therapy, Special Olympics and fitness classes for disabled children throughout his time in school.  His hobbies include kayaking, hunting, fishing and riding his bike on local trails.

Danielle Weber, DPT,CLT

Danielle is a Physical Therapist at Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, IA. She is a graduate of Des Moines University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and received her Bachelor of Science from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has a special interest in treating lymphedema, vestibular dysfunction, back pain, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and post-op rehabilitation.

Teresa White, PTA

Teresa is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Dallas County Hospital. She is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College in 1995 with a degree of Associate of Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She currently serves on the Community Pillar and H.E.A.R.T committee. Teresa is very active in the Food Bank of Iowa food drive and volunteers for this as DCH.

Susan Woodle, MS,PT, DPT, CLT

Susan is the Director of Staff Development for 21st Century Rehab and a Physical Therapist at Knoxville Hospitals and Clinics. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Women's University, Masters in Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas-Pan Am, Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Graceland University. Susan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association where she belongs to the Orthopedic Section and she is a member of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Clinical Instructor and specializes in chronic pain management, fibromyaliga, and arthritis. Susan is active in her community including the Celebrate Church, Habitat for Humanity, and Hospice.

Keith Wrich, DPT, ATC, LAT, CWCHP

Keith is a Physical Therapist and licensed Athletic Trainer at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, IA.  Keith is a graduate of Des Moines University where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science-Athletic Training from Central College in Pella, IA.  He is a member of the APTA and IPTA.  Keith is a Certified Workers Compensation Health Provider.  He specializes in sports medicine, occupational health, vestibular dysfunction, and TMJ disorders.  Keith provides sports medicine event coverage, injury screens, and concussion management for Hampton Dumont High School athletics.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children.  He is actively involved with Faith Baptist Church in Hampton and is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. 

Sara Zorn, MOT,OTR/L,CLT

Sara is a Licensed Occupational Therapist at Van Diest Medical Center and Franklin General Hospital. She is a graduate of Concordia University with her Masters of Occupational Therapy and her Bachelors in Rehab Science. Sara is a Certified Lymphedema Specialist. Outside of work, Sara is a volunteer EMT with the Williams Ambulance Service and also enjoys spending time with her family. She volunteers for the Board of Education. She is an instructor in CPR and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association as well as a member of the local Iowa Occupational Therapy Association.
