About Dakota
Dakota is a member of the Iowa Speech-Language-Hearing Association and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a new graduate from the University of Northern Iowa in Speech-Language Pathology. She enjoys working with the adult population in a multitude of settings. In her free time, Dakota enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading on her
Kindle, going for walks, spending time with my chocolate lab (Becks), and watching my favorite comfort TV shows. Dakota just moved back to my hometown, Hampton, and she looks forward to starting her career!

Specialties
LSVT LOUD – help individuals with PD improve volume, intelligibility, facial expressions and sometimes swallowing. MBSImP – standardized protocol for video swallow studies to reduce radiation exposure and improve consistency of patient care. McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program – intensive 4 week swallowing program. FEES – endoscopy swallowing assessment. In November will be certified in Myofascial release to help people with head and neck cancer and voice difficulties and some TMJ.
