Our Carlisle clinic operates 24/7 Fitness that is open to the public. Certain members may be eligible for our Medically Oriented Gym program.

- Single memberships – $34.95 per month
- Joint memberships (two members of the same household) – $44.95 per month
- Family memberships (two-five members of the same household) – $49.95 per month
