Such messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, remaining balance reminders, patient portal invitations, clinical outcome assessment reminders, home exercise program reminders, net promoter score survey requests, and other message notifications. Patients must be 18 years of age or older to opt-in and/or receive these text messages. By providing 21st Century Rehab your mobile number, you agree to receive voice and electronic communications by voice and text.
